Corporate Resources, on behalf of our client located in Huntley, IL, is hiring a full-time, permanent Supply Chain Analyst.Supply Chain Analyst - Huntley, IL$70,000-$80,000 + Bonus, Full Benefits, Hybrid Schedule and More.**Candidates MUST be able to commute to Huntley, IL several times each week.**We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Supply Chain Analyst. This role provides an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in supply chain operations, logistics, operations and data analysis. The ideal candidate is eager to learn, can thrive in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about optimizing processes to support the efficient flow of goods and services.Key Responsibilities :Assist in the coordination and monitoring of supply chain operations.Collect and analyze data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.Support inventory management and demand forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels.Collaborate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and products.Look for ways to decrease costs and save the company time and money.Prepare reports on supply chain performance metrics, including cost, quality, and delivery timelines.Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend strategies for optimizing supply chain processes.Assist in maintaining and updating supply chain databases, including supplier information, pricing, and product specifications.Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on supply chain goals and initiatives.Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.2-3 years of experience in supply chain or logistics strongly preferredStrong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel understanding advanced functions such as v-lookups, pivot tables, data sorting, etc.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
