Description:JOB PURPOSE:Manages procedural operations related to device tracking, including but not limited to, status of warranty returns, inventory management, and recalls management. Collaborates with Supply Chain, Finance, Revenue Cycle, and other clinical departments to adhere to the regulatory standards for the Center of Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and other payers as applicable. Measures and analyzes data integrity to ensure contract validation and vendor compliance. Leads the design and implementation of standard operating procedures and project management solutions related to device management software and processes. Conducts relevant training for key personnel involved in these programs.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Review, implement, and maintain all device and product management processes as applicable to this position.Implement all processes around point of use inventory management software and provide training as required.Implement all processes around Explant warranty management processes as required.Implement all processes around recall management as required.Ongoing maintenance, standardization, and cleanup of all related processes.Coordinate with Financial Services, Accounts Payable, Supply Chain, or other stakeholders to ensure accuracy of information and completeness of the process.Ensure accuracy, effectiveness, and efficiency of all related processes.2. Continuous improvement of device management processes:Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization in the process. Update the SOP and other supporting information as needed. Maintain all training documentation to support the SOP.3. Support Training and On-Boarding of staff.4. Implement monitoring procedures at any new facilities acquired by PHC:Working with facility CFO and others to interface with applicable staff involved in the process. Implement monitoring processes or applications such as dashboards for ongoing review of processes. Provide training for monitoring processes for site leadership.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:Skill and ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Skill and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines. Ability to work as a member of a team. Skill and ability in Microsoft Office applications.Qualifications:MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Logistics, or applicable experience is required.MINIMUM EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Five (5) years work experience in Supply Chain to include 2 years of leadership or project management responsibility, or applicable experience.MINIMUM LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION REQUIRED BY LAW:None.ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:Knowledge of healthcare supply chain or clinical experience preferred.
