Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe Senior Project Manager manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, ensuring completion on time and within budget. Responsibilities involve moderately complex to complex issues requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors. This individual will lead the execution of a cross-enterprise strategy focused on clinician recruitment and retention, working across multiple departments and influencing key stakeholders to enhance clinician wellbeing and reduce turnover.The Senior Project Manager designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for project completion; monitors progress and performance; resolves operational problems; and minimizes delays. Responsibilities include identifying and gathering resources, preparing designs and work specifications, developing project schedules and budgets, and selecting materials and project staff. The role also involves communicating with other operational areas, conducting meetings, and preparing reports to communicate project status. This position requires setting priorities, allocating tasks, and coordinating project staff to meet targets and milestones.Use your skills to make an impactPreferred Qualifications:5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or clinical settings.Proven experience managing complex, cross-departmental projects focused on organizational goals.Strong understanding of healthcare and factors influencing clinical turnover & satisfaction.Demonstrated success in influencing leaders across enterprise systems.Passion for improving healthcare professional wellbeing and satisfaction.PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.Required Skills:Ability to manage complex projects with minimal direction.Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to lead through influence.Experience leading projects in a complex business or matrixed environment.Experience in tracking and achieving project milestones on time and within budget.Scheduled Weekly Hours:

40Pay Range:

The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may vary based on geographic location, and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, and certifications. $84,600 - $116,300 per year.
