Become a part of our caring community and help us put health firstThe Senior Project Manager manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget. The role involves moderately complex to complex issues where the analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors. The Senior Project Manager will lead the execution of a cross-enterprise strategy focused on clinician recruitment and retention, working across multiple departments and business lines to influence key stakeholders for the success of initiatives designed to enhance clinician wellbeing and reduce turnover.Use your skills to make an impactResponsibilities:Design, communicate, and implement an operational plan for completing the project.Monitor progress and performance against the project plan; take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.Identify, develop, and gather resources to complete the project.Prepare designs and work specifications; develop project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.Select materials, equipment, project staff, and external contractors.Communicate with other operational areas to secure specialized resources and contributions.Conduct meetings and prepare reports to communicate project status.Set priorities, allocate tasks, and coordinate project staff to meet targets and milestones.Influence department's strategy and make decisions on complex issues regarding technical approaches.Preferred Qualifications:5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in healthcare or clinical settings.Proven experience managing complex, cross-departmental projects.Strong understanding of healthcare factors that influence clinical turnover and satisfaction.Demonstrated success in working with and influencing leaders across enterprise systems.Passion for improving healthcare professional wellbeing and satisfaction.PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials preferred.Required Skills:Ability to manage complex projects with minimal direction.Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.Experience leading projects in a complex business or matrixed environment.Experience in tracking and achieving project milestones on time and within budget.Scheduled Weekly Hours:

40Pay Range:

The compensation range reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full-time (40 hours per week) employment. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job-related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $84,600 - $116,300 per year.
