At Baxter QMS IT System(s) Business Process Owner will connect with Quality Management System Business Process owners and align changes in one or more processes with other Quality Management System processes. In essence, this role defines governance structure for end-to-end Quality Management System processes alignment, ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards and regulations. QMS IT System BPO is a networker and problem solver, understanding the up and downstream effects of root causes and solution initiatives.What you will be doing:

Linking end-to-end processes to help identify interdependencies and show how processes fit together, i.e., connecting dots between the processes.Define governance to lead relations between various Quality Management System processes to ensure a broad approach to change and continuous improvement.Responsible for aligning business process owners and other partners to ensure they are aligned on the agreed upon solution while ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards and regulations.Lead and empower others involved in the owned process including end users and partners.Help Process owners become more data driven by implementing technologies with strong business intelligence functionality.Help process owners to quickly identify bottlenecks, opportunities for improvement, determining key performance indicators and measuring business benefits.Develop clear and simple process requirement documents such that they can be updated as the process evolves and help trouble multi-functional processes.Effectively connect with partners at all levels of the organization, including senior management, end users, and external parties.Distilling complexities into clear, comprehensible information for upcoming changes, their rationale, and roadmap to get there and encouraged benefits that would enable the organization to move faster through the change.Effective listener and ability to take the perspective of others to understand the needs of their customers to see how the process can best fit those needs while remaining compliant with applicable standards and regulations.Outlines training requirements in collaboration that would meet the needs of various learners in collaboration with SMEs.What do you bring:

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science or STEM related degree.5 years relevant and progressive professional experience in data analysis, design and systems development.Solid understanding of quality management principles, specifically of the regulations applicable to the Pharma and Medical Device Industry.Experience in managing a network of subject matter experts within and outside an organization.Familiar with process management methodologies.Baxter is committed to supporting the needs for flexibility in the workplace. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $104,000 - $143,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses and/or long-term incentive.
