We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team in Prague and help us build our side here!
Here's what you'll be doing all day:
As a Talent Acquisition Partner in our Prague office, you’ll be at the heart ❤️ of our recruitment efforts, helping us bring in the best and brightest. Here’s what your day-to-day might look like:
- Own the full recruitment process: Partner closely with hiring managers to run the recruitment process from A to Z.
- Be a strategic advisor: Share your expertise with hiring managers and help shape our recruitment strategies for Prague’s fast-growing team.
- Get creative with sourcing: Find and attract top talent using various methods—whether through LinkedIn, social media, job fairs, or good old-fashioned networking🤝.
- Assess candidates: Lead interviews to evaluate candidates’ skills, motivations, and whether they’re a great fit for Similarweb.
- Own the candidate experience: Make sure every candidate walks away with a positive experience, whether they join us or not. 🌟
- Use tech to your advantage: Leverage our ATS to streamline the process, post job openings, and track progress easily.
What should you bring to the team?
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a multinational company.
- Fluency in English and Czech. 🗣️
- You’ve got a knack for sourcing and coming up with creative ways to attract talent. 💡
- A data-driven mindset—you like making decisions based on insights and sharing them with hiring managers. 📈
- Strong relationship-building skills—you’ll be a trusted partner for both candidates and hiring managers. 🤝
