About the opportunity

We are seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead our Talent Acquisition Team .

Our Talent Acquisition Team is responsible for hiring great talent into N26, and believes in building great partnerships with managers to find and hire the very best talent that helps us achieve our company goals.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a great team of 15-20 Talent Acquisition experts; a mixture of internal and external resources.

  • Build a strong process to link our Workforce Plans into realistic and challenging hiring plans.

  • Coach and develop the team to continuously develop and improve the effectiveness of our hiring processes.

  • Work with People Business Partners to build personas of great talent at N26.

  • Design and implement standardised processes, reporting and data for our hiring processes.

 

What you need to be successful:

Background: 

  • You should have 5+ years of proven experience of success in leading a Talent Acquisition Team of similar size across different European entities.

  • Ideally you have worked in a regulated but fast growing organisation.

  • You should have good knowledge of the talent market in either Berlin or Barcelona.

 

Skills: 

  • Strong at coaching, quick to identify strengths and development areas and constantly encourage the team to develop and improve.

  • Data driven to understand how our process is working and where it could be improved.

  • Strong communicator, able to hold managers to account for their role in hiring and effectively communicate how to work with the team.

  • Able to connect Talent Acquisition with other parts of the People Team; representing them in discussions on Reward, Performance Management and Workforce Planning.
