Position Overview: Data Entry Clerk As a Data Entry Clerk at Fenix Parts, you will play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our data within the Financial Group. You will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining data, assisting with large data entry projects, and supporting other departments as needed. This position requires strong attention to detail, proficiency with MS Office, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.

- Data Entry: Input, update, and maintain data in the company's system quickly and efficiently.
- Office Equipment: Operate common office equipment, such as scanners and printers.
- File Management: Search for and investigate information in files and organize hard copies after entering data electronically.
- Special Projects: Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.
- Cross-Department Support: Provide data entry support to various departments on an ad-hoc basis.
- Administrative Support: Provide occasional administrative support as needed.

- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience:
- 1 year of Microsoft Excel experience (preferred).
- 1 year of data entry experience (preferred).
- Skills:
- Proficiency with MS Office, specifically Excel, and the ability to work with multiple screens.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to type efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
