Associate, Reliability and Product Engineer

DescriptionMorgan Stanley Services Group Inc. seeks to fill the position of Associate, Reliability and Product Engineer in New York, NY.Provide technical support to commodities traders on their trading activities. Work withInfrastructure, vendor, development and external teams on technology issues. Work with operations onsetting up various quotes and its definitions, curves set up and amendments. Analyze and automate manual processes to reduce manual intervention. Identify and troubleshoot the processing issues. Coordinate and resolve production incidents and outages. Perform proper post-mortem of issues and problem management. Salary: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $151000 and $151000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
