DescriptionMorgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. seeks a Vice President in New York, New YorkParticipate in projects as a development engineer on fully integrated development teams including developers, QA/UAT testers, and business owners. Liaise between technology, compliance, trading, operations and other internal groups to translate business requirements into technology projects, and to develop the next generation of legal and regulatory compliance platforms. Analyze, design and develop user interfaces that consume data from various backend sources. Enhance various UI components of legacy applications. Work on the end to end delivery process, performing analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance of distributed web applications. Develop using data structures, design patterns and multithreaded n-tier applications design, management systems, and latest web technologies.Salary: Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $185,000 and $200,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.QualificationsRequirements:Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as a Specialist, Associate Specialist, Technology Lead, or a closely related occupation in the technology field. Requires five (5) years of experience with: Angular; Java, SQL, JavaScript, TypeScript, and HTML5; CSS3; RxJS, and NgRx; Highcharts; Jasmine; Karma; Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns; Agile, and Scrum.
