CAD GIS BIM Technician

Key Identifiers for the positionStrong credentials & experience with Computer Aided Drafting (CAD), such as preparing single-line diagrams, floor-plans, and other drawings to reflect existing & proposed conditions (electrical, mechanical, structural, plumbing, etc.)Some experience & knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Building Information Modeling (BIM), and other spatial-data systemsSome experience & knowledge of building systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing, etc.)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication skills in a collaborative settingEssential Job DutiesWork alongside a multi-disciplined team of planners, architects, engineers, construction managers, property managers, and other professionals in a collaborative environmentPerform records-research, field investigations, and stakeholder outreach to verify and document existing conditionsDevelop high-quality maps, diagrams, drawings, renderings, and other work-products to support the planning, design, operations, and maintenance of airport facilitiesDevelop tools, templates, and standards to innovate and improve our processesDesired Qualifications & ExperienceBachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, and/or related fieldProfessional Certifications in Computer Aided Drafting (CAD), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), and/or Building Information Modeling (BIM) are highly desirableExperience with Autodesk (CAD, Revit, etc.) and/or similar softwares is highly desirable
