$20-$23 per hour (based on experience)

Purpose

This position will assist the Sales and Project Management Team with a variety of clerical and administrative activities. The Sales Admin. Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of information and follow up for existing and prospective customers.

Responsibilities

Provide as required support to ensure timely and complete sales process requirements are metAssist Sales and Project Management team with the development of customer proposal packageTrack the return of the project service authorization.Support set up of new clients in ServiceTraxMaintain accurate files for each customer to include all related informationMaintain customer information in ServiceTraxManage the job file paper flow process maintaining accurate and timely information.Responsible for supporting purchase order processResponsible for supporting timely vendor invoicing; to include unbilled oversight, project file closeout, vendor PO closeout.Interface with external and internal customers through direct, phone, and electronics meansOther administrative support responsibilities as deemed necessary.Requirements

Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent two-year college or technical schoolOne to 2 years of customer service or sales support experienced preferredThe equivalent of a combination of education and experience equal to 4 yrs.
