Job Duties:

Scheduling: Efficiently manage our scheduling needs, ensuring that all culinary events, deliveries, and staffing assignments are timely.

Client Service Calls: Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and requests, delivering exceptional service and addressing concerns promptly.

Client Onboarding: Facilitate the smooth onboarding of new clients, ensuring all necessary information is collected and communicated effectively.

Daily Administrative Functions: Collaborate closely with the Operations Manager to handle various administrative tasks, including data entry, document management, and reporting.

Project Coordination: Assist the Project Manager, who also serves as our Operations Manager, with coordinating and supporting the successful execution of culinary projects, ensuring efficiency in every aspect.

Client and Chef Communication: Act as a critical liaison between our clients, chefs, and internal teams, fostering seamless communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
