Technical Analyst

within our Information Technology (IT) Department.

The A/V Technical Analyst is responsible for providing expert technical support, analysis, and management of the organization's A/V systems. This role involves troubleshooting, maintaining, and optimizing A/V equipment, and ensuring seamless integration with the broader IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in A/V technologies, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality A/V solutions that meet organizational needs.Requirements:The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:Degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; advanced degree is preferredCertifications in IS/IT, Security, Project Management, Electrical/Low Voltage, Audio/Video, IOT, or other industry standard certifications are a plusMinimum of 3-5 years of experience in A/V and/or technology fieldTeam members are eligible for a generous benefit package including health benefits (medical, prescription, dental and vision), flexible spending accounts, life insurance, disability programs, 401(k) plan (with 4% company match after one year of employment), paid time off and holidays, and much more!
