Experience:Current MA Nurse Home Administrator's licenseMinimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration, with specific experience in long-term care settings preferred.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with residents, families, and staff.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in long-term care administration.Benefits:
