Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
to lead
Trinity Community at Fairborn . This is a high-impact leadership role offering the opportunity to lead a talented team, shape culture, drive performance, and strengthen our commitment to faith-inspired care and innovation. As Administrator, you will: Direct and oversee all day-to-day operations, regulatory compliance, and strategic initiatives Cultivate a culture of excellence in clinical outcomes, resident satisfaction, and employee engagement and retention Guide census development, payer mix optimization, and community reputation management Serve as the face of the organization to residents, families, staff, regulators, and community partners Collaborate closely with central office leadership and benefit from robust organizational support What We’re Looking For Active
Ohio LNHA license Minimum
3-5 years in senior leadership , including 2+ years as an Administrator Demonstrated strength in
operational leadership, survey readiness, and team development Strategic mindset with financial acumen and a passion for mission-based healthcare Authentic leadership presence with the ability to inspire, coach, and drive results What We Offer Competitive
