Insight Global is looking for a Business Analyst II to join our client's iLottery team remotely. In this role, you will work closely with both business and technical teams to ensure that business requirements are seamlessly integrated with system functionalities throughout the project lifecycle. They will work with iLottery customers to identify and validate business needs to create well-defined requirements associated with iLottery products, services and solution offerings. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, validating, and documenting business and functional requirements. Your role will involve supporting project management in implementing customer solutions and effectively communicating technical concepts. You will also analyze and document business policies and processes, perform gap analysis, and manage your tasks to ensure timely and accurate completion. Additionally, you will present information effectively to customers and respond promptly and accurately, while managing data using Requirements Management Tools. Responsibilities: Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure business requirements are seamlessly integrated with system functionalities throughout the project lifecycle. Exhibit a strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), requirements management, and related methodologies. Proactively gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements for various projects and product releases. Support project management in implementing customer solutions and effectively communicate technical concepts. Analyze and document business policies and processes, perform gap analysis, and interpret results. Required Skills & ExperienceOver 4 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst. Proficiency in MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio, and Adobe XD, with a strong emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience with Requirements Management Tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Miro. SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) in depth understanding Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, or a related field. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of bridging communication between technical and non-technical staff and customers. Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceLottery industry experience Advanced analytical skills and creativity in developing business solutions. Interest in cutting-edge technical solutions and a willingness to learn complex systems. Strong knowledge of agile methodologies.
