JOB DESCRIPTION:Assist customers integrating the Single Sign On capability into their systems or enterprise solutionsWork closely with development teams and system administrators to assist and troubleshoot customer integration issuesPerform analysis, diagnostics, and preliminary evaluations of new COTS products and toolsExpected to have direct experience with and understanding of PKI/TLS, SAML/OAuth/OIDC conceptsSome development experience may be useful but is not requiredREQUIRED SKILLS:
Ability to work with the installation and customization of COTS products in an enterprise environment on Linux and Windows platforms.Familiar with Secure Token Service and Single Sign-OnExperience with Ping, Okta, Login.gov, or Keycloak integrationAWS and/or Azure cloud certification and experienceFamiliarity with orchestration and automation toolsets including Cloud native architectures.Experience as an integrator in a team working directly with functional counterparts on requirements gathering and program specification and design and information systems.Ability to develop, diagnose and debug automation and integrate modern and legacy tools to optimize business processesUnderstanding of networking and troubleshootingMust have an understanding of the software development life-cycle, including change management, functional and technical specification developmentEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
Seven (7) years of experience as a SE in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is requiredBachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university is requiredFive (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree, 12 years' experience with no degree** You must have TS/SCI Clearance for this position **** A POLYGRAPH is required for this position **
