About the Role:

The Tubi TV advertising sales team has an opening in New York for a Senior Director, Performance Sales. In this exciting role, the Senior Director, Performance Sales will be part of a leading AVOD streaming organization working with advertisers to help them achieve their business goals utilizing streaming video solutions. Our ideal candidate will have strong relationships with top performance agencies, and clients across the US as well as a robust understanding of the streaming advertising landscape.

What You'll Do:

Execute programmatic ad sales strategies that include clients and ad agency buying, planning and account groupsBuild and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective advertising partnersDevelop presentations, verbal and written pre/post sell efforts and account maintenance processesCollaborate with account management, ad ops, and ATV teams to deliver successful campaignsWillingness to travel to meet clients onsite and at industry eventsIdentify new budget opportunities using data-driven and branded content offeringsGrow revenue from accounts and successfully close new businessesGenerate sales revenues that strategically utilize all available assetsMake recommendations on negotiation of media plans with agenciesMake recommendations on developing ideas to better monetize TubiMake recommendations on maximizing revenue of assigned account listsYour Background:

College degree preferred in Marketing or BusinessMinimum 10 years performance advertising sales experience requiredProven presentation and negotiation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSolid knowledge of media math and terminology requiredExperience working hands on in sales operation sales softwareEntrepreneurial and leadership skillsPursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is listed annually below. This role is also eligible for a sales incentive compensation plan, various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents.

$230,000 to $245,000 / year + Sales Incentive Compensation Plan + Benefits
