Executive Director - Behavioral Health

to fill an opening with a

Large Healthcare Organization in the Chantilly, VA area .

Daily Responsibilities for Executive Director - Behavioral Health:

The Executive Director oversee daily operations of the assigned Behavior Health facility including recruiting/staffing, clinical supervision, facility growth, business development, performance improvement, and overall client needsMon-Fri, 8am-5pm (NO on-call or weekends!)

Required Qualifications for Executive Director - Behavioral Health:

Master's DegreeLicensure: LPC, LMHC, LCSW, LMFT3+ years of experience in leadership in the behavioral/mental health field

Preferred Qualifications for Executive Director - Behavioral Health:

5+ years of experience
