Weekly Pay Range - $2155 To $2394 Job Title: Registered Nurse Job Specialty: Emergency Room (ER) Job Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:00) Guaranteed Hours: Not specified Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience required for submission License: CA RN License required at the time of submission Certifications: - Basic Life Support (BLS)- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)- Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) Must-Have: - EPIC & travel experience- Ability to work every other weekend- Valid State License- AHA certifications in hand at the time of submission- Availability to attend lab work within 3-5 days of signing- Background information if any incidents or DUIs Job Description: - Ensure patient care is delivered with a comprehensive focus on safety, compassion, and quality.- Efficiently manage emergency situations and deliver prompt and accurate medical attention.- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide optimal support and care for patients.- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with EPIC charting systems.- Adapt to a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, demonstrating strong problem-solving abilities.- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and team members to ensure clarity and shared understanding.- Participate in orientation sessions and training as needed.Please note that one holiday Request for Time Off (RTO) will be approved. The policy for returning staff requires a gap of one year to return as a traveler. The policy for locals includes acceptance at a local rate with a travel requirement of 50 miles. Orientation consists of 16 non-billable hours.
