Job DescriptionEssential Functions: Offer the highest level of personalized service while maintaining a positive, enthusiastic, helpful, and professional attitude with all guests and team members.•Initiate and engage in conversations in a professional and friendly manner.•Administer expert massage and body treatments for various purposes and needs and in the specific time frame given.•Provide consistent professional treatments as directed in training classes and accepted certification practices•Properly care for equipment and product used•Communicate and describe in an articulate manner the spa offerings•Compare andcontrast the different services on the menu•Recommendand up-sell services at the spa facility on property•Handle guestquestions and concerns with professionalism and courtesy•Respond toguest requests immediately, accurately, and appropriately•Understandthe importance of and committed to continuing education•Worksunsupervised for extended period of time•Uphold allprotocols for set-up and cleanliness of treatment rooms.•Understandthat as a representative of the Spa they will maintain a healthy appearance anda positive attitude•Maintain aclean, safe, stocked and well-organized work area. Including extensivein-between client cleaning procedures.•Maintains wellmaintained spa appearance, cleanliness and ability to work entire shift in amask as directed.•Comfortablearound guests who may be in a state of undress•Perform other tasks as assigned byManager or Assistant Manager.•Ability totroubleshoot and problem solve problems in fast paced environmentOther:•Regularattendance is essential to the successful performance of the position•Due to thenature of the hospitality industry, team members may be required to workvarying schedules, weekend, and holidays to reflect the needs of the facility•Must complywith rules and regulations for the safe and effective operation of the facility•Maintainsa friendly pleasant and professional demeanor and appearance at all timesQualifications:Qualifications:•Twoyears massage therapy experience at a resort or high level country club•Propertraining and certificates for service provided. (Must be able toproduce certifications upon hire.)•Highschool diploma•Experiencein administering treatments to male and female guests in a professional manner.•Understandand follow Blood Born Pathogen procedures•Excellent,reading writing and oral proficiency in the English languageMust be able to stand up to 9 hours per day Length of timeof these tasks may varyAble to lift 15lbs occasionally Able to work entire shift in a Mask Requires grasping, writing, standing, sitting, walking, repetitive motions, listening, hearing ability and visual acuity. Must be able to operate office equipment such as computers, online booking platorms, printer, and two way radio.
