As a Financial Advisor you'll be part of our entrepreneurial system with the freedom to provide solutions for your clients from a broad portfolio of innovative products. You'll have access to powerful sales tools and a large resource network so you can focus on activities that get results. A Financial Advisor with us has more avenues to provide to their clients. This also means you are CRIA licensed (Corporate Registered Investment Advisor). Requirement options for CRIA: Series 65 (pre and post 2000 exams); Series 7 and Series 66; At the time the application is filed, the applicant is current and in good standing: CFP, ChFC, PFS, CFA, CIC.
Responsibilities
Prospecting for clients through referrals, personal observation and networkingDeveloping and maintaining long-term relationships with clientsFact gathering and needs analyses to arrive at client-centric financial solutionsExpanding personal knowledge and skills through ongoing professional development and joint work with fellow associatesQualifications
Strong interpersonal skills and customer service focusMarket development/networking abilitiesPresentation and organization skillsStrong work ethic, self-motivated and goal-orientedBA, BS, and/or graduate degree or equivalent work experience required
