Permanent experience in the specialty applying for prior to travel is mandatory. License: Permanent Ohio License or Compact State License required before submissionCertifications: Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), National Institutes of Health (NIH)Must-Have:- Minimum 18 months permanent experience in the specialty prior to travel.- Two references from a manager, assistant manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty.- Perm and travel references required if applicable.- Active certifications with nothing pending.- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate during orientation.Job Description:- Rotating shifts consist of 2 weeks on days followed by 2 weeks on nights.- Orientation includes ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment, requiring an acceptable score.- Traveler must work at least every other holiday.- Background hits reviewed but no acceptance of open cases.- Facility exemption from Nicotine Free Requirements for Nurses is temporary.- Completion of BCI/FBI prints within 48 hours of signing contract is imperative.- Badge collection and fingerprinting to be completed on-site prior to the start date.Ensure all aspects of the given experience and certifications are accounted for prior to application submission.
