Job Title: Registered NurseJob Specialty: Medical/Surgical TelemetryJob Duration: 13 weeksShift: Day and Night Rotating (3x12-Hour: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM / 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)Guaranteed Hours: N/AExperience: Minimum of 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required; 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel assignmentsLicense: Permanent Ohio License or Compact State License in handCertifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSSMust-Have: - Minimum of 18 months permanent experience in the specialty for which applying prior to travel assignments - Two references from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in the specialty - Certifications must be active with nothing pending - Background hits must be clear, no open cases - Facility does not accept any license hits Job Description: - Rotating shifts every two weeks, working both day and night shifts - Travelers must work at least every other holiday - Orientation includes overcoming ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate with acceptable scores, receiving two attempts to pass - Exemptions from nicotine-free requirements, temporary until further notice, apply only to nurses and CSTs - Badging and fingerprinting to be completed on-site prior to start date after completing required modules - Comply with strict do-not-call policy Note: Additional guidelines apply regarding contract length and traveler submission compliance.
