(Y/N) - YesTypical hiring profileSkill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.•General surgery, orthopedic and neuro surgery experience both RN and Tech•Basic general OR knowledge of more than one year•If candidate is for CVOR they MUST have at least two years of CVOR experience, to include: ALL ADULT open heart cases, OPEN and ENDOVASCULAR cases. This includes open and endovascular Triple A surgery, and must be willing to work with the Cath lab on cases such as TAVR (trans aortic valve replacement). This includes RN and Tech.Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.•Trauma experience both RN and Tech•Vascular surgery exp, RN and Tech. Cases such as fistula creations, and endarterectomy surgeryList typical procedures performed on unit(s): •X-lif, A-lif, Decompression, ACDF, Craniotomy, Robotic surgery (thoracic, general, gyn and urology), Ortho Trauma, total joints (Mako Robot), general open and laparoscopic surgery. •CV- CABG, valves, surgies of the Aorta (to include traumas), TAVR, TCAR, TEVAR, EVAR, and open vascular cases.Best personality Fit:•Willing to be flexible when it comes be in different types of rooms with different cases•Can work with the staff and adapt to the way we work in our departments, with the understanding that all places are not the same.•Could be willing to help pick up extra hours if we need it.
