POSITION SUMMARY

ARCHER Systems Bankruptcy Coordinator will be part of a collaborative team in the bankruptcy department. The successful person in this role will be a self-starter who is comfortable working with a high volume of files and who has excellent communication skills.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Work directly with, and take direction from, department attorneys to coordinate bankruptcy and other legal issues.Maintain and update client information in company database.Monitor and manage a large volume of case files.Draft various documents including but not limited to correspondence with law firms and trustees.Respond to telephone inquiries promptly, professionally, and efficiently to provide first call resolution.Understand and resolve client, trustee and law firm requests and questions.Attend weekly team meetings.Provide analysis of situations to determine best use of resources.Recommend process improvement to management.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

Required:

Consumer bankruptcy experienceExcellent communication skillsStrong attention to detailSuperior time management and organizational skillsAbility to work as part of a teamAbility to function with a high level of patience, tact and diplomacyStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office is requiredPreferred:

Legal Experience in mass tort of QSF management preferredBilingual English/Spanish a plusKnowledge of Salesforce preferredKnowledge of Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) preferred
