Practice areas include wage and hour litigation, complex litigation, class action lawsuits, mass tort, medical malpractice and personal injury disputes. Our firm is rapidly growing! Duties: Will look at candidates with 2-15 years of experience Ranking requirements: STCL top 10%, UH - top 33%, UT - top 50% Federal court experience is a plus Will be working on a complex wage and hour litigation docket. They also may do mass tort, personal injury and/or medical malpractice. Drafting of motions and appearing at hearings. (Research and writing must be top-notch.) Assist in the litigation of personal injury matters, including presenting and taking depositions, drafting motions and arguing in court. Manage cases through filing, discovery, mediation, trial and settlement. Provide clients with legal advice by conducting legal research and staying abreast of case developments. Supervise a team of legal assistants and law clerks and provide legal guidance; monitor case progress; maintain quality service.
