RN - Med Surg -Resource Team/Float Pool - Broadway

Resource Team - Float Pool - RN Med Surg needed to help in various units/locations in Fargo, as needed. 12hr Day/Night rotating shifts, with every other weekend on the schedule. General job duties. Types of procedures required. Head-to-toe assessments, medication administration by a variety of routes, care plan formulation/documentation, wound/line/drain care Equipment utilized in the unit/dept. Epic EMR, Accudose Rx, Alaris IV pumps, Philips vitals machinesRequired skills and minimum years of experience. Min 1 year recent MS experience in a busy large hospital, min 200 beds. Previous float pool experience preferred. Specific licensures and certifications/registrations required. BLS - must be AHA. ND or compact state RN license. Shift or schedule requirements. Rotating days/nights (shift & schedule preferences will be accommodated as able but not guaranteed) EOW/EOH, no callFloating to over units/departments. All med-surg units on Broadway and SMCF campuses, including med-surg overflow spaces and med-surg status patients within the critical care units.
