WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
This position will support our Redwood City, CA manufacturing plant.
Prepare and communicate proactive analysis to support plant initiatives and be engaged in bringing best practices and efficiencies to the plant.Prepare month-end closing entries and plant performance reports, perform monthly variance analysis of plant spend vs. last year, vs. budget and vs. forecast.Perform annual standard cost roll and related analytics.Prepare annual budget and forecasts for operations.Maintain inventory analysis and reconciliation, cycle count, excess & obsolete inventory process for the plant.Provide information requested by Audit and Tax department to ensure adherence to policy or meet target.YOU HAVE:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.3+ years of relevant experience with journal entries and cost accounting is required.Must have experience in SAP (or related ERP) in a manufacturing environment.Skilled problem solver with a strong team-oriented approach.WE HAVE:
