You will be responsible for analyzing complex claims, identifying trends and providing solutions to our clients. Responsibilities:
- Analyzing and resolving complex property and casualty claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Leveraging your expertise in general liability to assess the validity of claims and determine appropriate compensation.
- Utilizing your strong analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in claims data.
- Collaborating with various teams to develop strategies for claims resolution and prevention.
- Providing top-notch customer service by effectively communicating with clients and addressing their concerns.
- Ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in claims handling.
- Continually enhancing your knowledge and skills in claims analysis through ongoing professional development.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in claims handling, specifically in property casualty and casualty claims.
- Proven expertise in general liability.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- A demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
