Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all stages of construction projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, control, and closure.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with building and safety regulations.
- Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Use Sage and Timberline software for project management tasks such as scheduling, budgeting, and cost control.
- Manage the relationship with all stakeholders, including clients, architects, and subcontractors.
- Prepare and present regular project updates and progress reports for stakeholders.
- Resolve any issues or problems that may arise during the construction process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in managing construction projects -Residential, Shell, or Tunnel Form projects
- Proficient in project management software
- Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
