Position Summary:As the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), you will be responsible for designing and executing HR strategies that align with Gosh Enterprises' broader business goals. This role focuses on key areas such as succession planning, talent management, organizational development, change management, training, and compensation. As a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team, the CHRO will guide and implement HR initiatives that support the company’s growth and mission across all its brands.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the HR division and guide managers across all units, indirectly overseeing all employees within the company.

Develop and implement HR strategies that align with and support Gosh Enterprises' mission and strategic vision.

Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on key organizational and management issues.

Collaborate with the executive team to design and manage leadership succession plans that align with the company’s growth strategy.

Build and execute strategic talent acquisition and retention plans to meet the organization’s human capital needs.

Develop competitive, cost-effective compensation and benefits programs that attract and retain top talent.

Provide leadership to the HR function by overseeing global talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.

Exceptional organizational and detail-oriented skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a high degree of emotional intelligence.

Proven leadership and supervisory experience.

Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

Familiarity with various human resource information systems (HRIS).

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software tools.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field from an accredited institution (required).

MBA or MA/MS in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).

At least 15 years of HR experience, including 5 years at the executive level.

SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) or SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) preferred.
