You will create and execute targeted recruitment plans, perform structured candidate evaluations, determine applicant suitability for the position, team, and organization, and collaborate with management to design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies. You are a self-motivated individual who will help to drive growth through the acquisition of top talent.This position will support our Presort Services division and work onsite.You will:Partner with Business Leadership to develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with the overall business goals and objectives.Understand and identify the external and internal talent landscape in support of the growing Presort business.Collaborate frequently with hiring managers, key stakeholders, and HR to strengthen the candidate pool and effectively build proactive talent pipelines in alignment with business strategies, including succession planning, internal mobility, and diversity and inclusion, and recruitment marketing needs.Advise and execute on effective and efficient recruitment and sourcing strategies needed to engage and secure top talent, including diverse job seekers.Conduct fair and effective structured interviews, evaluating candidates' skills, experience, and organizational fit.Challenge hiring managers about talent assumptions and educate them on trends in the labor market to inform better hiring decisions.Support Talent Acquisition projects from start to finish, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget.Stay informed of the latest trends and developments in the talent market to provide actionable insights to business leaders.Meet Talent Acquisition aligned goals such as: time-to-hire, diverse candidate slates, quality of hire, tool utilization, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.Your background:As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you have:Minimum of 5 years of experience recruiting all levels of talent across a range of entry to professional-level roles.Excellent and proven experience of direct sourcing strategies, Boolean searches, candidate screening and interviewing, and innovative recruiting concepts in the talent market.A client-centric approach in delivering positive experiences to hiring managers, stakeholders, and candidates, with a strong best practice of consistent and timely communication.Experience using a range of recruiting tools including applicant tracking systems and CRMs (e.g.: Workday, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).A high degree of self-motivation and can act as a strong individual contributor, while also collaborating effectively with business leaders to understand their needs and develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.Preferred:This position will support our Presort Services division. Experience in the Ecommerce, Logistics, Supply Chain, Retail, and/or Consumer Goods industry strongly preferred.Experience recruiting diverse candidates and identifying outreach program opportunities.Proven ability in managing and/or supporting Talent Acquisition projects.Experience in understanding the labor market and providing actionable insights to business leaders.Familiarity with data analysis and MS Excel.Our Team:Pitney Bowes Presort Services performs mail sorting; performing some of the work that would typically be performed by the USPS.
