SummaryThe Senior Manager, National Accounts Off-Premise, will be responsible to build and maintain strong relationships with buying leaders at major National Accounts for the RNDC beverage alcohol business. You will be responsible for developing annual business plans to drive sales, plan and deliver supplier KPIs expand market share, manage supplier relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities nationally for the chain. Your primary objective will be to grow business through sales relationships with the national account buying office, develop strategies to increase points of distribution, drive feature programs and display opportunities, execute supplier driven sales initiatives, and be a thought leader in the adult beverage business. Additionally, you will have leadership responsibilities to develop future talent of your direct reports.
In this role, you will
Develop and execute a comprehensive national account strategic plan to achieve sales targets, KPIs and revenue growth.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of account executives, providing coaching, training, and performance feedback to maximize their potential and drive results.
Build and nurture relationships with the national account buying team to understand their consumers, business needs and become their trusted advisor.
Set sales targets, create, and manage sales forecasts, and monitor performance against objectives. Take proactive measures to address any deviations and ensure the team is on track to meet or exceed goals.
Ensure compliance/execution standards for NASA programs are achieved.
Deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs) set to measure and track performance against team and organizational goals.
Collaborate with supplier partner national account sales teams to build customer business plans, secure brand activation resources to grow revenue and share.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as category, marketing, eRNDC/eCommerce, business intelligence, replenishment, supplier partners to customized solutions and proposals that meet the specific needs of each account.
Conduct product presentations, line reviews, and host training sessions to develop the sales plan and pipeline of the company's products and drive sales.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities, challenges, and potential areas for growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive demand.
Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, reports, and updates to the sales management team.
Stay updated and deploy customer solutions with industry trends, category solutions, new product launches, and emerging customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network, build relationships, and stay informed about market developments.
Continuously improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry expertise through self-learning and professional development activities.
Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
What you bring to RNDC
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (MBA a plus).
Proven experience in sales management in beverage alcohol industry or 8 or more years related experience, of which 2 or more years managing a team, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to occasionally work evening hours and weekends to support customer needs. Ability to travel 60% of the time and support field accounts within an assigned territory.

This compensation information is a good faith estimate and provided in accordance with Washington's state law. Similar positions located outside of this jurisdiction may not necessarily receive the same compensation. The salary generally starts at $138,400.00 up to $197,800.00. The salary is an estimate based on an applicant’s skills and experience.
