Job Description / Responsibilities

Initiate engagement with targeted accounts; lead the opportunity development process.Establish strong partnerships with key purchasing decision makers, executive sponsors, coaches, and influencers; and develop relationships with third parties to extend the reach of TBCASoft beyond the core markets, solutions, and buying centers.Manage sales cycles and take the lead role in positioning and selling TBCASoft Products and Services.Focus on the customer’s needs and pain points rather than what TBCASoft has to offer.Develop opportunities from the first lead until close. Lead resources and matrix manage the designated project team.Align appropriate sales opportunities to meet business and financial objectives; you will be expected to know the customers’ business needs.Requirements

Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Business/Marketing or related fields will be an advantage.10+ years of business development or sales leadership experience: A minimum of 7 years professional business development, sales, sales management and/or experience in software, technology solutions or system integration sales to the telecom and/or fintech industries.Strong knowledge in telecom/network, with knowledge in products and services.Proven experience in sales to the telecom or fintech sectors – sales record in OSS/BSS domain is a plus.Experience in and ability to communicate and present at the executive level.Proven and established relationships with executives (VP, C-level).Must be a “hunter” with proven experience in running long, complex B2B sales cycle processes for large companies and proven track record of closing large complex deals.More than strong passion at learning and promoting blockchain technology.Be willing to travel internationally frequently.Be hands-on in a startup environment.This is a unique opportunity for you to take a leading role in positioning and selling blockchain technologies and be involved in new and exciting domains.You will have the opportunity to work on large scale deals with leading global industry customers and communicate with C-levels and decision makers in those companies.You will work in a rapidly growing startup with huge upside and increasing opportunities for personal growth.
