This role is perfect for attorneys with extensive experience in private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance, who thrive in a high-growth environment and are looking to advance their careers within a supportive, collaborative team.Duties:Represent corporate borrowers, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies in various private equity and finance transactions.Lead and manage mid-cap and top-tier finance transactions, including acquisition finance, private credit, and leveraged finance.Collaborate with a high-performing team to negotiate and draft key finance-related documents.Provide strategic legal advice to clients, ensuring all transactions align with their business goals.Assist in the representation of borrower-side financing, with a focus on private equity sponsors.Maintain the confidentiality of highly sensitive information in accordance with firm policies.Requirements:Minimum of 4 years of experience in private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance.Proven experience in borrower-side representation, with a preference for those with private equity sponsor experience.Strong background in representing corporate borrowers and managing high-volume transactions.Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.Certifications:Licensed to practice law in Massachusetts or eligible for admission.Skills:Exceptional legal drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.Strong client relationship management skills, with a focus on collaboration.Ability to manage multiple complex transactions in a dynamic environment.This is an exciting opportunity to join a leading private equity finance team in Boston.
