What you will be doing in the FP&A role:Reporting directly to the Director of FP&A, the Financial Analyst will partner with the Global FP&A team and leadership team to provide key analyses and recommendations on operational improvement projects and other business priorities.Perform financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics trackingEvaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecastsRecommend actions by analyzing and interpreting data and making comparative analyses; study proposed changes in methods and materialsIdentify process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports, tools, and Excel dashboards

Who you are as a FP&A Professional:Someone with a Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance related field4+ years of FP&A experience in ManufacturingTechnically savvy with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel: data query/data management tools (access, SQL, Business Objects)Hands on knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion and/or Power BI is a plus#LI-HK1
