Die Striking Operator

is responsible for processing items requiring manual operations using manual kick presses and compressed air-driven presses. This role involves handling large volumes of ultra-lightweight components, requiring attention to quality standards, and exposure to a variety of Die Struck offerings, including stampings, sizing stock, and settings like v-heads and cup settings.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage workflow to maintain cellular production and ensure on-time delivery of customer and production jobsConsistently process Level 1 blank stampings, Level 2 progressive/pin tooling, and Level 3 struck/religious stampingsOperate screw presses and hydraulic presses to produce various struck stamping offeringsBasic Qualifications

2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environmentProficiency in operating manual and hydraulic pressesStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow verbal and written instructionsStrong attention to detail and focus on repetitive tasksAbility to multitask and manage high-volume workloads effectivelyPreferred Qualifications

Certification in manufacturing or relevant technical training4+ years of experience in die striking or related rolesAdvanced knowledge of progressive tooling and struck stamping processes
