Job Description:As an experienced Salesforce Architect, you will lead the design and development activities, ensuring full utilization of the Salesforce Platform to develop and deploy multiple solutions for staff users and the public, including an Incident Management System (IMS) to track incidents like helpdesk tickets, sentinel events, and more. Client aims to streamline antiquated, manual processes with modern, low-code/no-code solutions using Salesforce's pre-built resources.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

Lead design and development activities following SDLC processes and agile practices.Define and justify Salesforce solution designs, focusing on Public Sector Solutions and OmniStudio development.Translate business needs into a clear technical vision for Salesforce developers.Develop and execute tactical plans to support strategic goals for Salesforce implementations.Collaborate with stakeholders to create prototypes and proofs of concept for defining requirements.Create visual and written representations of concepts for stakeholder decision-making.Develop data strategies, including data modeling, migration, and sharing.Make process, design, and operational recommendations to improve the solution.Ensure the project remains within scope and meets user story acceptance criteria.Design, develop, test, and document scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform.Perform analysis, coding, debugging, and implementation tasks while assisting team members.Leverage Salesforce workflows, OmniStudio, Visualforce, Lightning, APEX, and Lightning Web components.Integrate Salesforce with other state systems using Salesforce APIs.Review custom code, ensuring adherence to best practices, test coverage, and focus on low-code solutions.Perform basic platform configurations, create reports and dashboards, and manage data.Groom and refine the Salesforce application backlog.Review estimates for accuracy and completeness.Collaborate with the Department of IT management to meet coding standards and best practices.Facilitate knowledge sharing and communication within the Application Teams.Assist with production issue resolution as needed.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $60.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
