Salary: $80,000 - $140,000 per year

Our client is seeking an experienced Regional Scheduling Manager to oversee and optimize project schedules across multiple regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction scheduling, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and mentor team members.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain master schedules for multiple construction projects
• Collaborate with project managers and superintendents to ensure timely project delivery
• Analyze schedule data to identify potential delays and develop mitigation strategies
• Conduct regular schedule reviews and updates with project teams
• Implement and maintain scheduling standards and best practices across regions
• Provide training and support to project teams on scheduling software and techniques
• Generate reports and presentations for executive leadership

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in construction scheduling, preferably in a management role
• Proficiency in scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Knowledge of construction methods, sequencing, and industry standards
• PMP or other relevant certifications are a plus
