Salary: $110,000 - $140,000 per year

Responsibilities:

1. Overseeing all aspects of MEP construction projects from initial planning to completion.
2. Communicate with client to assess scope of work and resources required.
3. Managing project budgets, job costs, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
4. Coordinating with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to ensure all projects are executed according to plan.
5. Create and manage the MEP construction schedule.
6. Represent the company in project meetings, labor negotiations, and strategy meetings.
7. Coordinate MEP subcontractors and lead contractor meetings
8. Write and manage subcontracts and change orders
9. Coach, mentor, and develop Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Field Engineers.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in engineering or construction management.
• Experience managing all MEP aspects of a project (technical, safety, schedule, cost, financials).
• Experience with Primavera, Prolog, and/or Viewpoint.
• 4+ years' managing heavy industrial construction projects.
