Responsibilities:

As an IT Manager, you will play a key role in managing and delivering IT services that meet our business needs. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our IT department, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.
2. Using your expertise in IT support, IT service management, and ITIL to develop and implement IT strategies and systems that align with our business goals.
3. Managing relationships with vendors and service providers, negotiating contracts, and ensuring that services are delivered as agreed.
4. Overseeing network and system administration, ensuring that our infrastructure is robust, secure, and able to support our operations.
5. Leading and mentoring a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
6. Identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in our IT systems and processes.
7. Collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to understand their IT needs and deliver solutions that meet these needs.
8. Managing IT projects, ensuring that they are delivered on time and within budget.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role should have the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years' experience in IT management, with a focus on IT support, IT service management, and ITIL.
2. Proven experience in vendor management, network administration, and system administration.
3. A solid understanding of IT trends and technologies, and their application in a business context.
4. Excellent leadership and team management skills, with a proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
5. Strong problem-solving skills, with a knack for finding creative solutions to IT challenges.
6. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex IT concepts in clear, non-technical language.
7. A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
8. ITIL certification is highly desirable.
