Our experts provide relevant expertise and experience within their domain combined with deep knowledge of the Salesforce platform and broader ecosystem. About You

As a Salesforce FSL Technical Lead/ Jr Architect, you will work closely with our clients and internal teams to act as domain experts and drive the design of practical and innovative solutions across industries. We seek someone who communicates clearly and confidently, leading technical briefings and business requirements gathering sessions.

Key Responsibilities for the Salesforce FSL Mobile Architect include:
  • Leading business and technical requirements definition and prioritization/scoping of requirements.
  • Expertise knowledge in FSL mobile app implementation - Schedule automation and Optimization, Enhanced Scheduling and Optimization
  • Proven experience & Understanding of SFS Scheduling and optimization configuration, out-of-box capabilities, and configuration of scheduling policies, work rules & Service Objectives
  • Proven experience & Understanding of Field Service Mobile app capabilities, including offline architecture, capabilities and how to complement it with other supporting architecture, including the Salesforce Mobile app and third-party mobile applications
  • Proven experience & Understanding of SFS resource management, contractors, timesheets, operating hours, shifts, primary and secondary territory setup. Inventory management (return, request & track)
  • Proven experience & Understanding of API capabilities to integrate in and out of Salesforce and SFS API capabilities
  • Proven experience & Understanding of Salesforce Field Service (SFS) architecture, Work Order and Service Appointment life cycle, bulk scheduling, dispatch, and unscheduled. Preventive maintenance and configuration of Dispatcher Gantt
Skills

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A proven background working on the Salesforce FSL platform with a focus on mobile solutions.
  • Strong business analyst skills with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and technical implementation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • QUALIFICATIONS
  • 15+ years of experience in developing technology solutions.
  • 3+ years of experience in implementing Salesforce FSL solutions by handling client-facing projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the context of systems development and related business consulting.
  • Expertise with Salesforce Service & Field Service Lightning Clouds.
  • Salesforce Certified must (Salesforce Certified Field Service Consultant)
  • Salesforce Certifications Preferred (Admin, Developer, Sales, and Service Clouds, Application Architect)

Employee Status: Full-Time Employee

The annual salary for this position is between $190,000 – 210,000, depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
