The Senior Total Rewards Analyst will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of compensation plans and Associate group benefits providing analytical and technical support as needed. The Senior Total Rewards Analyst will specialize in compensation and benefits, collaborating with compensation leadership, peers, Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs), and other key internal stakeholders.

The incumbent will assist in the monitoring and maintenance of total rewards plans, policies, and structures to ensure they continue to support business strategy, remain market competitive, and support the needs of our Associates. The incumbent will identify, propose, and administer initiatives to enhance total rewards, playing a key role in administering the functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supports annual total rewards projects such as the pay-for-performance cycles, position description updates, budget forecasting and compensation reviews
  • Assists with administering short- and long-term incentive programs including equity administration in partnership with Finance and partners.
  • Conduct job analysis, leveling, and market benchmarking evaluations, assigning jobs to pay grade structures.
  • Coordinates salary survey participation with vendors and maintains related database.
  • Assist with new hire offers, promotions, transfers, and other compensation actions.
  • Prepares reports and presentations illustrating market data and cost analysis using data for insight driven decision making support for management.
  • Provide backup for Associate benefit administration in accordance with the company’s benefit plan documents, annual open enrollment, insurance contracts, vendor agreements, etc.
  • Propose plan/program changes that ensure regulatory compliance, as well as changes that reflect industry best practices and are market competitive.
  • Assist with total rewards related audits and budget administration activities suggesting process improvements and presenting action plans, in addition to budget preparation and monthly reconcilements.
  • Establish total rewards program guidelines, policies, SOPs, internal governance and streamlined processes.
  • Mange the day-to-day relationship with key vendors such as compensation partners, attorneys, brokers, or other insurance partners
  • Support the mission, strategy, and values of the Company.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, finance, or a related field
  • Must have 4+ years of total rewards experience, specifically in broad-based compensation analysis
  • CP and/or PHR certifications preferred
  • Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Word and PowerPoint
  • Must have a strong consultative interpersonal skill with ability to influence inter-departmental teams.
  • Ability to execute, follow-through to completion, and be solution focused
  • Must have knowledge of compensation and employment laws and regulations
  • Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage well through ambiguity and complexity.
  • Strong knowledge of an HRIS platform; Workday experience preferred
  • Must have the ability to manage conflicting priorities and make appropriate decisions based on business objectives.
  • Ability to handle confidential data and work independently with minimal supervision
  • Must have effective communication skills across all levels of the organization, both verbal and written, including senior management.
  • Must have strong work ethic and business acumen with an inherent curious instinct.
