AP Accountant

1. Invoice processing
   • Review, verify and process invoices in a timely manner
   • Match invoices with purchase orders, packing slips, and contracts
   • Enter invoices into accounting software (QuickBooks and Business Central)
   • Manage and maintain vendor payment schedules, ensuring compliance with payment terms
2. Payment management
   • Prepare and process electronic payments and transfers
   • Issue and track payment by credit card, check, or other payment methods
   • Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments, resolving discrepancies as needed
