  • Reconcile Customer and CBO Invoices and Statements
  • Maintain General Ledger accounts.
  • Regulate and monitor company cash flow
  • Manage day-to-day functions regarding company finances and business-to-business matters
  • Manage and maintain records for all accounts payable & accounts receivables including preparation of invoices, incoming payments to accounts receivables and on-time payments and processing of payments received for accounts payables.
  • Manage incoming payments to accounts receivables and on-time payments for accounts payables.
  • Manage monthly customer invoicing and CBO disbursement
  • Manage billing from supply vendors and invoicing for supply orders from customers and CBO's
  • Manage A/R collections for past due accounts
  • Manage and maintain account changes in MV to ensure customers are invoiced and franchisees are paid correctly
  • Manage invoicing, reconciliations, and billing processes, with proper coding to general ledger accounts.
  • Maintain General Ledger accounts.
  • Create all correspondence to customers, vendors and franchises as required for proper billing and payment
  • Work closely with company CPA to produce monthly financial statements and report
  • Special projects as required in the management and maintenance of accurate financial reporting and analysis
  • Comply with tax laws & government reporting requirements
