Director, Leader Enablement and CommunicationsThe Role

The Fidelity Wealth Talent, Development and Inclusion organization is seeking a highly motivated individual with a passion for people that can use their strategic delivery, business analysis and consultation experience to help drive better outcomes for leaders, associates, and the firm. As the Director, Leader Enablement and Communications, you will own the overall strategy for Leader Enablement, ensuring all people leaders are equipped with needed understanding and supporting skillsets to meaningfully engage and drive quarterly talent, development and inclusion initiatives and people routines supporting the associate experience.

Responsibilities may require you to:

  • Own and deliver the Leader Enablement strategy with oversight of a cross functional team from TDI and HR
  • Partner with Wealth Communications on all TDI/HR communications and initiative-level campaigns
  • Partner across TDI on Leadership Voice Strategy: how we integrate greater leadership presence and voice in promoting TDI initiatives and driving people leader accountability across Fidelity Wealth
  • Partner across TDI and with HR Strategy and Operations and Wealth Communication to drive consistent routines building awareness and understanding of TDI initiatives with key stakeholder groups (HRLT deep-dives, HRLT/Talent QBR updates, SLT and ELT TDI updates/spotlights)
  • Own measurement strategy of quarterly enablement impact and Leadership voice/reach
  • Maintain internal TDI communications strategy and partnerships

The Skills\u00A0You Bring

  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and effectively manage multiple complex projects concurrently within a fast-paced environment
  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined
  • Very strong business acumen with the ability to link HR activities to key business initiatives
  • Excellent presentation, speaking and communication (verbal and written) skills; ability to communicate, present and influence across the organization, including Senior Leadership
  • Superior analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think and act quickly and strategically

The Expertise\u00A0We re Looking For

  • Bachelor s degree,
  • 7 -10 years of experience in a variety of disciplines preferred including consulting, communications, talent management, \u00A0learning development, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, strategic management and planning, and change management.
  • Experience working in large, complex organizations

The Value\u00A0You Deliver

  • Ability to understand multiple programs and initiatives to manage planning, communications, and delivery of leader enablement strategy, with delegation and oversight of capacity of a cross-functional team
  • Strong perspective and understanding of the \u2018Leader Voice , creating routines and a strategy to drive greater accountability and visibility for enablement of organizational work (i.e., quarterly business reviews, manager advisory council)
  • Ability to partner with program owners and internal communications to write, edit and deliver streamlined and effective communications to leaders and associates
  • Ability to build strong, trusted relationships with partners across multiple disciplines
  • Act as a trusted and credible partner who anticipates needs and proactively recommends solutions
