Job Details
  1. Overseeing the maintenance department and ensuring all equipment is functioning optimally.
  2. Designing and implementing preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and increase productivity.
  3. Troubleshooting and repairing issues with refrigeration, electrical systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
  4. Ensuring that all maintenance activities adhere to established quality control standards.
  5. Responding to emergency breakdowns and resolving them in a timely manner.
  6. Managing RFP processes for equipment purchases and service contracts.
  7. Training and supervising maintenance staff, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
  8. Collaborating with other departments to optimize production processes.
  9. Keeping abreast of the latest maintenance and engineering trends and technologies, applying them where beneficial to our operations.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role within the engineering industry.
  2. Proven experience in troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, quality control, and working with refrigeration and electrical systems.
  3. Proficiency in working with hydraulics and pneumatics.
  4. Familiarity with RFP processes and managing production equipment.
  5. A degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  6. Strong leadership and team management skills.
  7. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
  8. The ability to work under pressure and make critical decisions.
  9. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
