Accounting Specialist

Our client has an immediate need for Accounting Specialist to support daily financial operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting functions and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process daily invoices and ensure timely payment.
  • Handle wire payments and payroll commissions.
  • Perform daily cash reporting and reconciliations.
  • Analyze and manage debits and credits for accurate financial tracking.
  • Assist with inventory-related tasks as needed.
  • Collaborate with the Accounting team to ensure accurate financial records and reporting.
  • Support the Vice President of Accounting and other team members with ad hoc tasks as required.

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including invoicing, payroll, and cash reporting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing financial transactions.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
